1-week (5 days / 5 nights)
Courses start
on Sunday evening at around 5:30pm and finish on Friday afternoon at around
3pm.
2-weeks (10 days / 10 nights)
For two consecutive weeks, during the weekend between courses, from Friday
afternoon to Sunday afternoon, the centre is closed. This time is free for
participants to take a short break and visit Avignon or Aix-en-Provence. For

French and cooking - indicated by ** in the dates below. These weeks
involve an afternoon cooking workshop preparing a 3-course meal and
enjoying it together for dinner in the company of well renowned local chef,
Yvan. Yvan will share with you his knowledge and passion for preparing and
presenting his own healthy and delicious dishes. The course does not
require any knowledge of cooking only an interest in Provençal cuisine. These
weeks have a supplement of 30 euros.
